Morrison Construction's Building Central business has teamed up with the Glasgow Science Centre to provide free school memberships to selected local schools for the current academic year.
This partnership will give pupils and teachers access to STEM learning resources to support and extend classroom teaching. They will benefit from professional learning opportunities, video content, comprehensive lesson plans, and access to industry experts, while pupils can enjoy engaging activities at the Science Centre itself.
Primary school pupils can take part in interactive Learning Labs on topics such as space discovery, renewable energy, and human biology. Meanwhile High School pupils will be introduced to future careers through Glasgow Science Centre’s STEM Futures programme, which includes Scotland’s only full-motion flight simulators at the Newton Flight Academy.
The schools selected for the programme are located near Morrison Construction Building Central’s projects and offices across the Central Belt and Southern Scotland, helping to strengthen community links and provide meaningful educational support.
