Recruitment scam

We have become aware that individuals and organisations are contacting job seekers with fabricated offers of employment at Morrison Construction as part of a recruitment scam.

The correspondence is used to solicit personal details, cash or bank information of the targeted individuals by the organisations claiming to be acting on behalf of the company. These scams sometimes use false LinkedIn profiles purporting to be Morrison Construction managers. 

Morrison Construction does not in any circumstances use recruitment or placement agencies that charge candidates an advance fee of any kind including placement fees, immigration processing fees, work permit fees etc.

If you are unsure about any communication claiming to be from Morrison Construction or other Galliford Try companies we advise that you should:

  • Forward any suspicious correspondence to us at for investigation.
  • Report any such propositions to your local police or law enforcement agency.
  • Do not respond to any unsolicited emails or employment offers from people you are unfamiliar with.
  • Do not disclose your personal/financial details to anyone offering job opportunities.
