Morrison Construction’s golden safety record

Morrison Construction, part of the Galliford Try group, is celebrating as RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) announce four of its' regional businesses have once again been awarded a national Occupational Health and Safety award.

Demonstrating excellence in work-related health and safety performance, Morrison Construction's regional building businesses based in Aberdeen and Grangemouth and its' Water Framework's business have each received RoSPA's Gold Award, with its' Highland building business securing the prestigious President's Award.

The businesses have been awarded for their demonstration to a sustained focus on the safety and well-being of their workforce.

Morrison Construction's Director, Ken Gillespie, said: "We are delighted to receive these RoSPA awards. Safety is a key priority for us, and we will continually ensure that this message is at the forefront of everyone's mind, from senior management through to operative. It's great to see that our efforts to get everyone who works on our sites, home safely at the end of each day have, once more, been recognised by RoSPA. The RoSPA awards reflect our hard work and focus on maintaining high standards of Health and Safety Management. However, there is no room for complacency, so our aim now is to ensure a continued commitment to strong health and safety leadership across our business."
