GallifordTry Facilities Management delivers and manages a comprehensive range of FM and maintenance services for organisations within the public and private sectors. Our delivery model is designed to provide cost efficient and customer focused support to organisations with geographically dispersed property portfolios.

We recognise and actively address the challenges of delivering a consistent, high quality service by using our own directly employed multi-skilled operatives to undertake the majority of tasks. This gives us much greater ownership and control over quality and customer service, as well as displacing the cost of multiple visits to the same site by different suppliers. 

We recognise that every customer has different needs and priorities, and therefore that a "one size fits all" approach rarely provides the best (or indeed most cost effective) solution. We treat every one of our customers individually, developing bespoke solutions to precisely meet their specific needs, and proactively respond as needs evolve and change.

We believe building trust with our clients is imperative and therefore operate a complete open book policy; we undertake self audits on a regular basis and solicit feedback from the customer which is used to measure the quality of service we provide, to constructively further improve the way we work, and importantly to ensure that complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
