The Galliford Try Academy is the Group’s dedicated vehicle for the structured delivery and managed approach to career development. The Academy provides support in a number of ways depending on an employee’s role:

  • Trainees - structured programmes to ensure an in-depth understanding of the chosen subject matter together with a broad knowledge of their Business Unit.
  • Graduates - development programmes approved by professional institutions are available to graduates providing experiential knowledge and understanding, leading to membership of these institutions.
  • Employees Group-wide – a number of e-learning courses to support employees in the fields of personal skills and development, people management and service and project operations.
  • Managers/leaders – individually tailored leadership programmes, using a combination of courses and modules to enhance leadership capability.
