Integrating capabilities across the Group and drawing on our financial strength, we have significant experience in procuring and managing large-scale public private investment projects.
Through public private partnerships we work with stakeholders to promote and deliver projects that enhance communities and bring social, economic and financial benefits.
We offer a complete package from project conception to ongoing asset care, from the starting point where we lead the bid consortia and arrange finance, through to equity investments, managing construction and operations.
About Galliford Try Investments
Galliford Try Investments was one of the earliest entrants in the public private partnerships (PPP) sector.
Through our involvement in this sector we have raised more than £3 billion of project funding to provide community based infrastructure developments in education, health, communities, emergency services and transport networks.
Our experience covers individual projects such as North Tyneside homes for the elderly: national initiatives such as the Non-Profit Distributing programmes in Scotland and the Priority Schools Building Programme in England; and regional frameworks such as the hub programme in Scotland and the Building Schools for the Future programme in England.
Our subsidiary company, Galliford Try Investments Consultancy Services, provides management services to 19 projects for investments where we hold a stake and for third-party investors.
