Perceval House

Galliford Try carried out the major refurbishment of the London Borough of Ealing’s council offices, known as Perceval House. A complete internal refurbishment provided a new facility for Ealing’s clients and residents and is now the largest walk-in centre in the UK. The works, which were undertaken whilst the building remained in full occupation, included:
 
  • Demolition of existing internal works
  • Phased fit out programme, from ground to fifth floor
  • New building services installation
  • Formation of new entrance on Uxbridge Road

Part of the council’s transformation programme, Perceval House provides state-of-the-art facilities for 2,000 users, enabling improved ways of working for the council’s employees and customers.
