Galliford Try has a 20 year framework partnering agreement for construction services with Coventry Care Partnership Ltd (CCP), a Public Private Partnership in which Coventry Teaching Primary Care Trust and Community Heath Partnerships (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Dept of Health) are shareholders. Galliford Try is a shareholder in the private sector consortium which holds the majority shareholding in CCP.
To date, two projects have been completed: Longford Health Centre and Keresley Green Health Centre.
Discussions have commenced on a landmark, £20M Health Centre for the City Centre Regeneration Scheme

Longford Health Centre
This modern, welcoming building is a modern community health centre providing a one-stop solution to local health care in the Longford area of Coventry. Galliford Try has constructed the two-storey, 1,815sq m state-of-the-art healthcare facility. providing new patient facilities which include:
- Three GP consulting rooms
- Minor surgery suite
- Examination rooms
- Pharmacy

Keresley Green Medical Centre
This project comprised the design and build of a modern community health centre providing a one-stop solution to local health care in the Keresley area of Coventry. Galliford Try has constructed a new two storey 1,348sq m state-of-the-art healthcare facility comprising:
- Two GP consulting rooms
- Minor surgery suite
- Examination rooms
- Pharmacy
