Tarling Estate
The regeneration of Tarling Estate comprised demolition works of the existing residential blocks, following extensive talks with the local community.
The project is one of the largest social housing schemes to take place in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The scheme consists of 221 units in four distinct blocks up to a height of 20 storeys, providing a mixed tenure development of market rent, intermediate rent, shared ownership, outright sale and a semi-basement for parking.
