Suttons Wharf
This project involved the demolition of an existing warehouse and the development of 169 units of mixed tenure accommodation.
The scheme is finished to a high specification utilising a mixture of natural wood and modern cladding materials. A key feature of the development is the wishbone shape of the two blocks which meet under a glass atrium.
