



This project involved the construction of a new mixed-use development comprising 121 units, over four, five and 11 storeys, using an innovative mix of reinforced concrete and timber frame
The mixed tenure development, comprising affordable, shared ownership and open market sale also offers commercial space, and a basement car park which will provide 114 spaces.
Procured through a Design & Build contract, the innovative design will also feature enhanced external works encompassing a communal courtyard, created using landscaped podiums, constructed above the underground car parking facilities.
