Affordable Housing

Galliford Try has substantial experience in working with individuals and organisations representing all interests in the affordable housing sector. We enjoy lead partner status with the Housing Corporation and are a primary framework partner with the UK’s leading Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), working with over 60 housing associations across the country.

A quarter of the homes created by Galliford Try are affordable, and, as a contractor/developer hybrid business we are able to offer a range of shared ownership and intermediate rent arrangements through our partnered RSLs.
