Our Group vision is "to be leaders in the construction of a sustainable future". Accordingly, Corporate Responsibility (CR) is at the forefront of our thinking. Recognising the importance of CR, we have developed a new structure to support our efforts in upholding and exceeding the responsibility we have to all those who come into contact with our activities.
Our CR committee, comprising representatives from across the Group and specialist areas of expertise, focuses on our approach to CR and steers the positive economic, environmental and social impact we make in the projects we run and within the communities we operate.
We recognise the key stakeholders we come into contact with to be: the people we work with (clients, sub-contractors, supply chain, consultants and service providers), the people who work for us (current employees and potential future employees), the people who invest in us (pension funds and other institutional investors, individual shareholders) and the people who are affected by our projects (the communities around our sites, those who buy our homes and those who use our buildings and other projects).
We have separated this section into:

- Examples of how our activities make a contribution to society (Renewable Energy, Affordable Housing & Regeneration).
